When You’re Charged

Order Confirmation & Receipts

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary. Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow delivery progress.

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Free shipping: applied to all orders.
  • Returns: eligible orders can be returned within 30 days in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy.
