Sign In / Create an Account

If you have an existing account, sign in to view orders and saved information. New customers can create an account to save addresses and speed up checkout.

Sign In Go to your account login page and enter the email used at checkout. Typical Shopify path: /account/login.
Register Create a new account with your preferred email. Typical Shopify path: /account/register.
Sign Out When using a shared device, sign out after finishing. Typical Shopify path: /account/logout.

02 — Orders

Order History & Tracking

Once signed in, you can review order status, confirmation details, and available tracking information.

History Open your account overview to see recent orders. Typical Shopify path: /account.
Tracking When your order ships, tracking details are sent to your email. You can also view tracking inside your order details (if available in your account).
Delivery Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days. Free shipping applies to every order.

03 — Addresses

Manage Shipping Addresses

Save and update addresses to make checkout faster and reduce delivery issues.

View Access your address book from your account area. Typical Shopify path: /account/addresses.
Edit Update apartment/unit numbers, gate codes, or phone number to avoid carrier delays.
Default Set a default address to streamline future checkouts.

04 — Troubleshooting

Common Access Issues

If you cannot sign in or do not see an order, use the checks below.

Wrong Email Make sure you’re using the same email address used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, creating an account with a different email may not show past orders.
Password Use the “Forgot password” option on your login page to reset access.
No Tracking Tracking becomes available after shipment. Check your shipping confirmation email first.
Returns We offer 30-day free returns and exchanges. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll guide the next steps.
