Where to Find Your Order History

If you created an account or checked out using your email, your order history is available after signing in.

  • Sign In Access your account using the same email used at checkout. Typical path: /account/login.
  • Open After signing in, visit your account overview to see orders. Typical path: /account.
  • Select Choose an order to view item details, shipping updates, and tracking (when available).

02 — Order Status

What Each Status Typically Means

Status wording may vary slightly by device and email client, but these are the most common stages.

  • Confirmed Your order was successfully placed and confirmed by email.
  • Processing Your order is being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped Your package has been handed to the carrier and tracking becomes available.
  • Delivered The carrier marked the package as delivered to the provided address.

03 — Tracking

How to Find Tracking Details

Tracking is provided after shipment. The fastest way is to check your shipping confirmation email.

  • Email Look for the shipping confirmation message. It typically includes a tracking number and carrier link.
  • Account If available, tracking also appears inside your order details after signing in.
  • Delivery Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days. All orders ship free.

04 — Changes

Updating Details After Ordering

If you need to update an address or correct order details, reach out as soon as possible. Timing matters once processing begins.

  • Address If a carrier has not yet picked up the order, we may be able to assist with corrections.
  • Items Item changes depend on order status. Contact support with your order number for the fastest review.
